We optimize for every AI tool that reads schema.org Product structured data — effectively all of them. How fast you see results depends on the product:

Training-data models (next major release): ChatGPT (without browse), Claude (base), Gemini (base), Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek (when used in any deployed product). These reflect their training cutoff — fixes get baked in when models retrain, typically every 6–12 months.
Will GEOptimizer change my visible product descriptions?
No. We only update structured data (JSON-LD metafields) that AI crawlers and search engines read. Your visible product copy on the storefront is never modified.
How long until I see results?
Live-crawl AI tools like Perplexity show results within days. Bing and Google AI take 1–4 weeks. Training-data based tools like base ChatGPT can take 6–12 months for the next training cycle.
What if Perplexity isn’t a major source for my customers?
That’s fine — Perplexity is our verification source, not the only beneficiary. The same schema improvements apply to every AI tool that crawls the web. We use Perplexity citations as the leading indicator because it’s the only one with a public citation API today.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After conversion to a paid plan, you can cancel from your Shopify admin anytime to prevent future charges. The current billing month is non-refundable, but pro-rated refunds for billing errors or extended outages are honored. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Does this work for non-Shopify stores?
Currently Shopify only. Stripe-billed support for WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and custom stores is on our roadmap.
